Expert Oracle DBA Leader

We seek an experienced and skilled Senior Oracle DBA to lead our team in the administration, optimization, and security of our Oracle database landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot multiple Oracle databases in production, development, and QA environments.
  2. Perform installations, upgrades, patching, and migrations using advanced techniques.
  3. Optimize database performance using AWR, ASH, OEM, and tuning techniques.
  4. Manage high availability and disaster recovery configurations using RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and GoldenGate.
  5. Implement and test robust backup/recovery strategies using RMAN and/or third-party tools.
  6. Automate administrative tasks and reporting using shell scripting, PL/SQL, or Python.
  7. Collaborate with SAP Basis teams to support SAP systems using Oracle.
  8. Ensure database compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards.
  9. Participate in capacity planning, infrastructure scaling, and cloud database strategy.
  10. Lead database initiatives such as cloud adoption, consolidation, and disaster recovery planning.
  11. Provide 24x7 support for critical systems and assist in root cause analysis for database-related incidents.
