**Job Title:** Senior AI Specialist

Job Description

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead the development of industrial-grade AI systems that transform complex data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale AI/ML solutions, with expertise in Python 3.11+, SQL, and strong analytical skills.

This role requires the ability to architect scalable systems, including vector databases, BM25, reranking strategies, and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design multimodal AI models over diverse data sources, including PDFs, CAD drawings, and technical regulations.
  2. Implement hybrid retrieval techniques with reranking; target high accuracy and traceable citations.
  3. Develop domain-specific embeddings for bilingual technical terminology; craft routing and prompting for high-quality outputs.
  4. Ingest and normalize heterogeneous data sources, including ERP exports, legacy databases, and IoT streams.
  5. Ship large-scale document ingestion with schema validation, redaction, and temporal versioning for regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  1. 7+ years building production AI/ML or search systems;
  2. 3+ enterprise deployments end-to-end;
  3. Expert Python 3.11+, SQL;
  4. RAG at scale: vector DBs, BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies, evals;
  5. MLOps/SRE: versioning, canaries/A-B testing, drift detection, observability, cost/perf trade-offs;
  6. Strong analytical and communication skills;
  7. Able to turn messy data into reliable software.
