AI Native Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge AI-native software that enhances creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative AI-enabled products leveraging the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models. Stay up-to-date with emerging techniques and assimilate them into production systems.
- Build high-performance Search and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including data indexing, ranking, and query processing.
- Evaluate frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, using a polyglot approach with open-source models.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
- Strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in distributed computing frameworks like Ray.
- Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with expertise in Python, LlamaIndex, LangChain, and emerging RAG stack technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating LLMs, and working with vector databases.
