Teaching Position

We are seeking smart, energetic, and creative educators to join our team as subject matter experts in activities like Art, Craft, Clay, and Music.

  • Develop engaging lesson plans and execute them on time.
  • Work closely with other teachers and staff members to integrate subjects with themes and topics taught in regular classes.
  • Use various techniques and strategies for learning and teaching activities.
  • Support children by providing opportunities to develop proficiency and ensure differentiated and targeted learning based on individual needs and aptitude levels.
  • Monitor student progress, report cards, and comments to class teachers.
  • Interact with parents during PTM regarding overall child progress.
  • Build and sustain an engaging relationship with children and parents.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain a personal rapport with each student in the class.
  • Ensure the activity area remains neat and tidy.
  • Encourage students to decorate their activity area and instill pride in their activity room and school.
  • Provide proper training to respect school property and prevent damage.
  • Supervise classes at all times, ensuring no unsupervised play without sanction.

Additional Requirements:

  • Awareness and integration of environmental consciousness in the class.
  • Kindness and sensitivity towards less privileged individuals.
  • Effective utilization of time by students.

Requirements:

  • Age: 23-40 Years
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a teacher in Senior, Middle School, or Elementary School
  • Qualification: Graduate or Post-Graduate in a related subject
