We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Program Manager to lead our projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing project schedules, coordinating with various departments, and driving excellence in operations, new product introduction (NPI), transfers, and product launch processes.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, improving communication, and ensuring all programs execute to contract, hitting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Additionally, they will oversee budgeting, cost management, and financial planning, as well as track and manage project expenses.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project or program management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent financial planning, budgeting, and costing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier institute.
