Overview:

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Plan and allocate daily work to ensure root cause analysis and closure of complaints.
  • Maintain machines and equipment in running condition by focusing on timely Preventive Maintenance (PMS), correct usage, and monitoring Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing critical spare parts inventory with effective forecasting and usage tracking. This includes ensuring machines deliver defect-free parts, integrating Poka Yoke wherever applicable, and tracking improvement projects weekly.

Team Leadership
  • Identify and fulfill training needs of team members and conduct monthly performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and present monthly status reports, monitoring departmental performance against annual targets and addressing gaps.

You will also develop and maintain an organization chart and manpower plan aligned with departmental and company goals, as well as define and achieve annual and quarterly departmental goals.

This role requires a strong leader who can build and lead a cohesive team, ensuring adherence to company systems and procedures, and provide on-the-job, offline, and mentorship training. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in maintenance, production support, or plant engineering.
