About Us

We are looking for a skilled Virtualization Expert to join our team. As a Virtualization Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing resilient and high-performance infrastructure solutions in internal and public clouds.

Your main objectives will include:

  • Maintaining production services in operational condition 24/7
  • Providing level 3 technical support as a technical expert
  • Working closely with global teams to define strategy and ensure global alignment
  • Managing, monitoring and leading technical projects independently

Main Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Development

You will lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers to achieve technical and operational excellence. You will foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation.

You will supervise the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.

You will act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and outages.

You will identify and address training and development needs, facilitating growth opportunities for team members.

Key Requirements

  • Proficient skills in virtualization technologies (VMWARE/NUTANIX)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
