- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors.
- Design and deliver impactful sales presentations highlighting solar energy solutions.
- Support proposal preparation, collaborate with technical teams, and assist in contract negotiations.
- Manage client relationships through regular communication, post-sales support, and issue resolution.
- Ensure client satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling, and analyze sales data to improve strategies.
- Coordinate project delivery with stakeholders, track progress, and suggest areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Provide periodic sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field or related discipline (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience with at least 2-3 years in solar/renewable energy project sales.
- Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale solar projects (500 kW+).
- Self-motivated individual with excellent team collaboration skills.
Strong knowledge of solar energy products, systems, and solutions required.
