As a skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and customising D365 F&O modules (Sales, Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, etc.) to meet the business needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customise D365 F&O modules to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions and deliver robust results.
  • Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live support to guarantee a smooth transition.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and design scalable solutions in D365 F&O.
  • Configure and customise finance, procurement & sourcing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, inventory management, and supply chain management modules.
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct UAT sessions and user training workshops to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O (or AX) Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in key modules: finance, supply chain management, procurement, inventory management, and general ledger.
  • Experience in fit-gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution design.
  • Proficiency in preparing functional documentation and test scripts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead small to medium implementation projects.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate / Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
