Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for performing regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct data validation reconciliation and analysis across multiple systems and sources.
  • Use advanced SQL Python and Excel skills to perform data extraction transformation validation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business analysts developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Document track and manage defects using a defect tracking tool ensuring timely resolution.
  • Continuously improve testing processes frameworks and automation opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Python and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis.
  • Experience working with a defect tracking tool.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.
  • Exposure to performance load testing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
