**Technical Architect Position**

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Architect - Salesforce to lead the development of innovative cloud-based solutions using Salesforce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable architectures that meet business needs.

In this role, you will partner with product management, business stakeholders, SF admins, and the QA team on solution discovery and delivery. You will conceptualize new solutions and formulate recommendations to enhance existing functionality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies and experience working within a formal Salesforce Application Lifecycle Management environment (Dev/QA/UAT/Prod). A well-rounded functional knowledge across the Lead to Quote value stream is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the product owner to understand requirements and design comprehensive solutions that meet stakeholder needs
  • Define and document Salesforce architecture, including integrations and customizations
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the administration/development team to ensure best practices and standards are followed
  • Ensure configurations and customizations comply with security standards
  • Provide thought leadership that steers PAR's digital transformation journey through efficiently designed business platforms, achieving a positive user experience and effective business process
  • Work as part of a scrum team with SF admins and QA to deliver value to the business
  • Analyze existing processes and solutions for optimization and performance improvements

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related major and relevant Salesforce certification
  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce in an Admin capacity, 4 of those years as an Architect, and 1+ year including CPQ
  • Well-rounded functional knowledge across the Lead to Quote value stream
  • Experience working within a formal Salesforce Application Lifecycle Management environment (Dev/QA/UAT/Prod)
