Sr Salesforce Architect

PAR is looking for a Sr Salesforce Architect to join the team. PAR is an international, fast-paced, high-growth environment and our tech stack is cloud and SaaS first, with a limited on-prem footprint. Our ideal candidate will embrace diverse perspectives and exhibit a blend of functional sales and support expertise, strong technical acumen, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and communication skills, all while keeping business objectives front and center.

The Sr Salesforce Architect is a critical member of the team who will help maximize the value of the Salesforce platform while adhering to best practices therein. Together with Product Management, youll partner with business stakeholders, SF Admins, and the QA team on solution discovery and delivery. The Salesforce Architect will be able to conceptualize new solutions and formulate recommendations to enhance existing functionality. - Define and document Salesforce architecture including integrations and customizations
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the administration/development team to ensure best practices and standards are followed
- Ensure configurations and customizations comply with security standards
- Provide thought leadership that steers PARs digital transformation journey through efficiently designed business platforms, achieving a positive user experience and effective business process
- Work as part of a scrum team with SF Admins and QA to deliver value to the business
- Analyze existing processes and solutions for optimization and performance improvements

Must Have

- A bachelors degree in a business or technology related major and relevant Salesforce certification, but were flexible depending on your experience
- 5+ years working with Salesforce in an Admin capacity 4 of those years as an Architect with 1+ including CPQ
- Well-rounded functional knowledge across the Lead to Quote value stream

Experience working within a formal Salesforce Application Lifecycle Management environment (Dev/QA/UAT/Prod)

Nice to Have

- Experience working within the Agile Scrum methodology
- Experience working with Gearset or another Salesforce Dev Ops enabling tool
- Experience working in a SaaS technology company or similar fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience with M&A
