Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions while collaborating with stakeholders, managing project requirements, and leading the technical architecture and development of Salesforce-based applications.

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for driving the overall design and integration of Salesforce solutions, providing expert guidance to development teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce technologies, solution architecture, and development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Leadership:

- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define system requirements.
- Drive the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Define technical strategies and lead the development of scalable, reusable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

1. Salesforce Development and Customization:

- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
- Implement best practices for data management, security, and governance in Salesforce environments.

1. Project Management:

- Manage and mentor the technical team, providing leadership and guidance on complex technical issues.
- Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Oversee the planning and execution of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Review and refine project requirements, providing cost-effective and innovative solutions.

1. Stakeholder Communication:

- Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to management.
- Work closely with clients to ensure solutions meet business needs and objectives.

1. Global Engagement:

- Willingness to travel to the US for client meetings, project kick-offs, or critical on-site tasks as needed.
- Leverage international experience to influence best practices across regions and teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce technologies, including 4+ years of experience in a Salesforce Technical Architect role.
- Proven track record of leading complex Salesforce projects from design to delivery.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.).
- Expertise in integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware tools.
- Solid experience with Salesforce AppExchange, Salesforce DX, and DevOps tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and data privacy regulations.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred).
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II (preferred).
- Communication & Leadership:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
- Other Skills:
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Willingness to travel to the US and globally as required.
- US Visa holder (current, valid visa to travel for business purposes).
