Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Matrix Analyst to develop and support the Matrixx IN/Billing system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in developing and supporting Matrixx, including configuration and customization of IN/Billing systems
  • Deep understanding of client business models and technical issues related to production systems
  • Lead operations team, collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to bridge gaps and alert on potential risks proactively
  • Skilled in debugging issues, finding root causes, and participating in user clarification sessions for new feature rollouts on Billing systems
  • Responsible for quality assurance of new features, managing requirements and functional changes
  • Familiarity with MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration, Task processing (API) and Events processing, channel server management, publishing server network integration architecture
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in Matrixx development and support
  • Passion for delivering high-quality solutions and collaborating with clients

Bonus Points: Experience with Matrixx OCS, advanced problem-solving skills, ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
