Electronics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electronics component selection, analog and digital circuit design, and schematic entry.
  • Circuit analysis for tolerance, power, thermal, and worst-case analysis.
  • Layout guidelines and interface with layout engineer for implementation.
  • Board bring up and testing.
  • Environmental testing.
  • Process, quality, and program compliance.

Assist in requirements management, electronics circuit design, analysis, implementation, and testing of aerospace electronics products/printed circuit cards. Participate in critical high-level and low-level design reviews.

Support technical decisions on design and implementation during product hardware development. Analyze and identify root causes of problems, and develop alternatives to solve them.

Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria within a related function/field. Utilize problem-solving skills to establish effective solutions for complex problems involving multiple technical disciplines.

Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization structure.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Dx Designer, Hyperlynx DRC, and Hyperlynx SI.
