Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our payment lifecycle management operations in APAC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of payment processes.
  • Manage and oversee the entire payment lifecycle, from initiation to settlement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with payment processing.
  • Analyze data and metrics to optimize payment processes and reduce costs.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in payment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in cash operations or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
