Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented team player with a flair for testing, automation, and software quality to fill this role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a combination of testing, automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform automated testing to ensure software quality. Conduct performance, load, and stress tests.
  • Create test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and set up test environments correctly.
  • Analyze defects, document them, and track their status. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends.
  • Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance.
  • Coordinate resources and guidance for end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Conduct security testing and ensure product compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright.
  • A proven track record in creating and executing test plans and strategies.
  • Experience in performance, load, and stress testing.
  • Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Background in defect management and root cause analysis.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 4-7 years relevant testing experience.
