Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist
About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in software testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and cases to ensure complete test coverage.
- Manage proper execution of different types of testing, including functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, etc.
- Facilitate and participate in regular QA team meetings or triage calls.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups in Agile environments.
- Identify and escalate relevant testing issues and challenges that arise during testing activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as Software QA engineer.
- Client facing experience.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA / AzureDevops.
- Strong communication skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related qualifications.
- Experience in Agile testing methodologies and best practices.
