Customer Success Strategist

  • Drive customer outcomes by solving problems proactively and influencing product roadmaps with real customer insights.
  • Run onboarding and ongoing success for top enterprise accounts, tracking health, adoption, renewals, and upsell signals.

You'll be part of a high-agency problem-solving team, working directly with founders, product, and engineering to:

  • Influence what the product becomes through collaborative efforts.
  • Build reusable playbooks and content from scratch.
  • Partner with Sales/Marketing for expansion plays.

We're not looking for someone who just wants a job. We need someone who thinks like an owner: proactive, scrappy, and hands-on. If you have ~3 years of experience in CS/client delivery/consulting/ops and thrive in chaos, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • ~3 years of experience in CS/client delivery/consulting/ops.
