School Engagement Opportunity

We're on a mission to make healthy snacking fun for kids. As part of this journey, we're taking our program to schools across the country. We're looking for someone who can lead our school engagement initiative and help us achieve our goal.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a School Engagement Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting interactive sessions in schools around food, nutrition, and healthy snacking. They will also act as the face of our organization in schools, representing our mission with authenticity and credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging formats (workshops, games, talks, challenges) that make nutrition fun and relatable for children aged 6–12.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and parent associations to expand reach.
  • Collaborate with nutritionists, educators, and the marketing team to design child-friendly learning material.
  • Ensure seamless execution of all school sessions including logistics, product demos, and engagement activities.
  • Capture feedback from students, teachers, and parents to refine the program and feed into strategy.
  • Track session outcomes, participation levels, and impact across schools.
  • Work closely with marketing, PR, and operations teams to align school programs with larger campaigns.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in education, FMCG activations, nutrition advocacy, or community engagement.
  • Strong presentation & communication skills — comfortable engaging with kids, teachers, and parents.
  • Passionate about children's health & nutrition.
  • Prior experience in school programs, workshops, or CSR activations a plus.
  • High energy, adaptability, and willingness to travel frequently.
