Technical Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to lead the execution of product lifecycle processes for our Insurtech products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical discussions with Engineering teams and thoroughly manage technical/business requirements.
  • Collaborate in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases, and regular corrective service or service pack releases.
  • Mentor/Drive a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.
  • Evaluate that the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map.

Requirements:

  • At least 9 years of experience in Product Management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.
  • Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field.
  • Strong Background of working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  • A thorough understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis, etc.
  • Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Life & Annuity Industry.
