Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cost Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role will involve supporting the development of cost objectives and financial viability for new products, as well as coordinating the development of product cost data with various financial functions within the organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing process and design knowledge, with experience in identifying potential cost reductions and recommending changes. They will also be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and work collaboratively with designers and manufacturers to achieve desired cost objectives.

About this Role
  • Support the development of cost objectives and financial viability for new products.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree.
  • Experience in a related field (Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Engineering).
  • Continuous Improvement certification (Lean, Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
