Program Management Professional

About the Role:

We seek a highly organized and motivated Program Management Professional to join our Educational Outreach team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and delivering high-impact educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination & Execution: Assist in designing and delivering workshops, certification programs, and outreach events. Ensure logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials are in place for each program.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders (academic institutions, government bodies, corporate partners). Maintain active communication with participants, mentors, and partners.
  • Operations & Reporting: Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs. Maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation and compliance.
  • Content & Communication Support: Assist in preparing outreach material, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates. Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure branding consistency.
  • Tech Platform Coordination: Collaborate with IT and platform vendors for managing LMS, registration portals, and feedback tools. Troubleshoot tech-related issues during program rollout.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments. Recommend improvements based on participant and stakeholder input.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • 2+ years' experience in program/project management (education/outreach preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and LMS/project management tools.
