Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of high-impact data science initiatives, from conception and prototyping to large-scale deployment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning techniques, with expertise in modern machine learning frameworks and distributed computing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic project leadership and end-to-end delivery of high-impact data science initiatives
  • Develop and implement advanced data solutions across diverse data types
  • Lead experimentation with emerging algorithms and technologies
  • Mentor and guide junior team members

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high business impact through data science solutions and experience leading projects with multiple team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a quantitative field
  • Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and underlying mathematics
  • Hands-on experience with key ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, PySpark, and MLlib
  • Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and inference techniques
  • Proven experience working with distributed computing platforms for large-scale data processing and model training
  • Strong programming skills preferably in Python, Scala, or similar languages
  • Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale machine learning projects end-to-end
