We're seeking an experienced Analytics Consultant to drive the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products using advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support product development through advanced analytics, trend identification, and opportunity analysis.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and optimize automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Design and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productised solutions.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
