Job Description:
As a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist, you will play a key role in advancing life science research through data. Our team is seeking an expert who can bring together biology and computational methods to analyze high-dimensional omics data.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in clinical projects and strong expertise across multi-omics data types (single-cell, proteomics, metabolomics). The ideal candidate will also have familiarity with EHR, enabling the delivery of impactful, AI-driven solutions.

This is a customer-facing role where you will apply your deep understanding of biology and computational methods to generate actionable insights. You will work closely with our clients to solve complex biological problems.

You will be responsible for analysing multi-omics biological data to derive relevant insights using state-of-the-art statistical methods. Additionally, you will innovate to develop and optimize tools, pipelines, and algorithms for the analysis and visualization of multi-omics biological data.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Analyzing and interpreting multi-omics data to provide actionable insights
  • Developing scalable solutions for data analysis and visualization
  • Collaborating with a diverse team of experts to translate customer requirements into innovative solutions

Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a PhD in Bioinformatics or Biotechnology and 0-2 years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proven expertise in processing and analyzing omics data using predefined/custom end-to-end analysis workflows is essential.

You must have hands-on experience applying computational algorithms and statistical methods to structured and unstructured big data. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also required.
