Performance Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Performance Tester.

About the Role

As a Performance Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test plans using Apache JMeter. You will also write and maintain custom scripts for performance testing scenarios, analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop performance test plans using Apache JMeter.
  • Write and maintain custom scripts for performance testing scenarios.
  • Analyze performance test results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with development teams to resolve performance-related issues.
  • Perform testing and monitoring of applications running in Kubernetes clusters.
  • Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.
  • Debug and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems and microservices.

Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
  • Proficient in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).
  • Strong debugging skills to identify and fix performance issues.
