Job Title: Senior Manager - Search Engine Optimization

About the Role:

  • Lead and execute comprehensive SEO and ASO strategies to optimize organic performance for clients.
  • Develop and implement state-of-the-art SEO/ASO strategies to improve organic results.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audits, aligning with client business objectives.
  • Effectively communicate strategic plans and insights to the SEO/ASO team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Strategy:
    - Develop and execute SEO/ASO strategies to optimize organic performance.
    - Conduct thorough keyword research and audits to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Implementation & Optimization:
    - Drive organic traffic growth by optimizing on-page and off-page SEO/ASO strategies.
  • Reporting & Management:
    - Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports to develop and refine SEO/ASO strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical background or an MBA.
  • 6+ years of experience creating and executing exceptional SEO/ASO strategies for clients.
  • Working knowledge of various SEO/ASO tools.
  • Hands-on, action-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.
