We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Test Automation Engineering Manager. This position is responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers to design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions for our data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Testing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality data-driven applications.
  • Automated Testing: Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or PyTest.
  • Data Validation: Develop and implement data validation scripts using PySpark, Python, and SQL.
  • ETL/ELT Pipeline Testing: Test ETL/ELT pipelines in Databricks or Apache Spark environments.
  • Integration with AWS Services: Integrate automated testing with AWS Glue Data Catalog or similar catalog tools.
Requirements:
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proven experience with test automation, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage teams, as well as communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Certifications in test automation, data governance, and data quality frameworks are a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
