Job Title: Pastry Chef Associate

We seek a skilled Pastry Chef Associate to support our Head Pastry Chef in creating and presenting diverse pastries and baked goods. This is a full-time on-site role located in South Goa district, with key responsibilities including:

  • Preparing baking ingredients according to recipe requirements.
  • FOLLOWING traditional and modern recipes to produce high-quality pastries and desserts.
  • Monitoring stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management, minimizing waste and excess supplies.
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and orderliness to adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Assisting in decoration and presentation of finished products to enhance visual appeal.
  • Maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the workspace, prioritizing employee well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent pastry baking skills, cake decoration expertise, and dessert making abilities. Additionally, they should be able to work collaboratively, take direction, and demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills. Relevant certification or diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts is a plus, as well as prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen. Attention to detail and creativity in pastry presentation are essential qualities for success in this role.
