Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a data strategy that aligns with organizational goals, establishing governance policies to maintain data quality, consistency, and security.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills in data management and reporting.
  • Oversee the creation of dashboards and reports, providing key insights to stakeholders. Ensure reports are accessible, reliable, and relevant, focusing on performance metrics, customer insights, and operational efficiencies.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, integrate data across systems, and support data-driven initiatives.
  • Work with Data Engineering to assess, select, and implement data tools and platforms to optimize data storage, processing, and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in data management and reporting, including leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (STEM).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset, proven in translating data into actionable business insights.
