We're seeking an accomplished Product Growth Strategist to spearhead customer growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.

This role combines strategic consulting expertise with hands-on B2C product execution, leveraging data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer growth through innovative product-focused initiatives and experiments
  • Develop and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement.
  • Analyze data and optimize performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies and champion/challenger experiments
  • Presents actionable insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field and MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution preferred
  • Experience: 4–6 years total experience. At least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) OR 2–3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort)
  • Tools & Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred)
    • Familiarity with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis
    • Experience in product-led retention and scaling loyalty programs
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
