Job Role: Social Media and Digital Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Social Media and Digital Communications Specialist. This role involves creating and implementing comprehensive communications strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the organization's website(s) locally and internationally, ensuring seamless user experience and up-to-date content.
  • Manage and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts, focusing on LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze website traffic flow and provide regular reports to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Edit and post videos, podcasts, and audio content to online sites, aligning with brand guidelines.
  • Support visual design efforts for marketing activities, presentations, and collateral materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India and Malaysia to create web visuals.
  • Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns, leveraging digital trends and insights.
  • Stay updated on current digital trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve digital communications.
  • Update content for various digital platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Mass Communications, or equivalent fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in website management and LinkedIn expertise.
  • Experience in UI/UX and digital branding is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing principles and sufficient event handling experience.
  • Proficiency in Kentico CRM, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English with strong writing skills.
  • Innovative, creative, and fun personality traits.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
