Job Title: Electrical and Instrumentation EngineerJob Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage maintenance strategies for field instrumentation equipment.
  2. Sustain asset reliability by developing an appropriate equipment strategy.
  3. Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
Purpose and Accountabilities:
  • Perform engineering activities covering all key areas of instrumentation technology, including field instruments, control and shutdown valves, analyzer, and control systems.
  • Review and update equipment maintenance strategy for instrumentation (e.g. Transmitters, control valves, flow meters, analyzers)
  • Ensure alignment of maintenance strategies with operational priorities.
  • Understand asset criticality analysis and asset strategy management.
  • Understand Preventive, Predictive, and Condition monitoring tasks with respect to assets.
  • Standardize instrumentation maintenance procedure and test intervals across similar asset classes.
  • Knowledge of hazardous area classification, international instrumentation standards.
  • Instrument Maintenance Technicians skilled in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of field instrumentation, including control valves, on-off valves, and various field instruments.
Requirements:
  • Instrumentation and Electrical maintenance and inspection experience.
  • Field instrumentation, preventive and predictive maintenance techniques knowledge.
  • SAP PM Module and Asset Performance Management skills are advantageous.
Education:
  • University Degree in Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or related full-time university degree.
