Job Title: Instrumentation Maintenance Professional

The company requires a skilled Instrumentation Maintenance Professional to lead the maintenance team in solving issues and implementing effective preventive maintenance plans. The successful candidate will have experience in instrumentation and manufacturing ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with process field equipment's such as mass flow meters, temperature sensors, pressure gauges, level transmitters, load cell systems, networking, and communication protocols.
  • Experience in repair and calibration of these devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Skill in troubleshooting control panels and implementing corrective actions.

Key Requirements:

  • ITI / Diploma in Instrumentation with 3-7 years of experience.
  • Background in equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, and asset management.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide the maintenance team in solving complex issues and implementing effective preventive maintenance plans.
  • Analyze data from process field equipment's to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

  1. Familiarity with DCS systems and their application in manufacturing environments.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
