Senior Telecaller

Our team is on the lookout for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Telecaller who can effectively manage inbound and outbound leads for our real estate projects.

  • Make timely calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule site visits for interested buyers, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Handle incoming queries, provide detailed project information, and resolve customer doubts with utmost professionalism.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines, driving business growth through strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient lead tracking.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets, fostering a competitive work environment that promotes excellence.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills, allowing for successful resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead tracking tools, streamlining workflow and enhancing productivity.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in follow-ups, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure, upholding high standards of professionalism and ethics in all client interactions.
