Meta Ads Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Meta Ads Specialist to drive high-performing ad campaigns for our real estate projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns for real estate projects.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and set up precise targeting based on location, demographics, and buyer personas.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team to produce eye-catching visuals and videos.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
  • Implement A/B testing for creatives, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
  • Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, and lead form integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads trends and real estate marketing best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record in real estate lead generation is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and meet campaign KPIs.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
