Business Development Manager Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our team in assigning and completing tasks. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated professional to develop and maintain high-performance trading applications using C++ and C#.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled developers in assigning and completing tasks to deliver high-quality trading solutions.
  • Develop and implement efficient trading applications, integrating third-party APIs and market data feeds with internal systems.
  • Optimize and refactor codebases for low-latency and high-throughput performance, ensuring stability and reliability.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure platform stability and detect potential issues early.
  • Maintain close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and support production trading systems, resolving incidents efficiently and minimizing downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, security requirements, and compliance regulations to ensure adherence to company standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in team handling and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven projects.
  • Proficiency in C++, C#, and low-latency system design, with a deep understanding of software development principles.
  • Experience with third-party API integration, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software development and business leadership roles.
