Foreign Trade Compliance Expertise

This role involves leveraging comprehensive expertise in SAP SD and international trade to deliver high-quality training sessions, conduct hands-on exercises, and lead workshops.

  • Develop and implement effective training programs on cross-border trade concepts, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks with a focus on SAP SD functionalities.
  • Conduct tariff classification, customs procedures, and case exercises related to export clearance in SAP SD, ensuring accurate and efficient workflows.
  • Lead workshops on rules of origin, preference determination, and SAP SD configuration for free trade agreements, promoting streamlined trade processes.
  • Manage Import & Export Compliance and SAP SD compliance automation, enhancing the overall efficiency of trade operations.
  • Guide learners through Trade Documentation Management, preparing bills of lading, certificates of origin, letters of credit, and shipping instructions integrated into SAP SD workflows.
  • Facilitate end-to-end trade flow simulations, enabling stakeholders to understand complex trade scenarios.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) with a focus on international trade processes.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, free trade agreements, and import/export compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with trade documentation and SAP SD workflow integration.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, teamwork, and facilitation skills.
  • Prior experience in delivering corporate training is an advantage.
