About Vistex Consultant Role

We aim to empower businesses by implementing and optimizing Vistex solutions within SAP systems.

Our approach focuses on designing efficient rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims management processes. We ensure seamless integration of Vistex with other SAP modules, particularly Sales and Distribution (SD), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Finance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Vistex Implementation & Configuration: Develop and configure Vistex modules for complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within SAP.
  • Business Process Expertise: Apply Vistex best practices for managing rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims.
  • Integration & Troubleshooting: Ensure Vistex solutions integrate smoothly with other SAP modules, debug technical issues, and provide end-user training.
  • Client Interaction & Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor, providing best practice guidance and leading workshops to gather requirements and define solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Vistex Proficiency: In-depth experience with Vistex configurations and processes, including composite models for vendor and customer rebates.

SAP SD Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration and an understanding of its integration with Vistex.

Business Understanding: Solid grasp of rebate, incentive, chargeback, and billback processes from a business perspective.

Technical Skills: Ability to perform configuration, and possibly minor developments or debugging, including understanding of SAP backend tables.

This role requires a strong understanding of Vistex solutions and their application within SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and configuring Vistex modules, as well as integrating them with other SAP modules.
