Master Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Master Data Management (MDM) specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing MDM solutions that address the organization's data quality requirements and align with its business objectives.
  • Defining data models and metadata structures to ensure data integrity and alignment with data quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices tailored to organization's needs.
  • Defining data quality metrics and thresholds to measure and monitor data quality levels over time.
  • Designing and implementing sustainable data cleansing processes to address data quality issues, such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Over 8 years experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role, with a focus on data quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, best practices, tools and techniques.
  • Experience with metadata and reference data management.
  • Knowledge of the Fusion Oracle cloud platform is an added advantage.
