Job Title: Head of Training Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Training Operations to join our team at IndiGo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the integration and administration of our Training Management System (TPMS) to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Liaise with the Learning Management System administrator to ensure effective collaboration and data exchange.
  3. Develop and maintain system guides and materials to support user adoption and minimize technical issues.
  4. Collaborate with the IT team on a 24/7 basis to troubleshoot technical issues and implement system enhancements.
  5. Work closely with training managers to plan workflows for new employees, ensuring timely and effective onboarding.
  6. Create and update administrative reports to track project timelines and implementation progress.
  7. Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements for TPMS to meet organizational needs.
  8. Develop reporting and alerting requirements based on business demands to improve system utilization and efficiency.
  9. Nurture relationships with partners and vendors to optimize integration and enhance system functionality.
  10. Design, document, and maintain system processes to ensure consistency and best practices.
  11. Analyze common sources of technical issues or questions and provide recommendations to the Product team.
  12. Communicate key insights and findings to the Product team to drive system improvement.
  13. Continuously monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and deliver value-added solutions to customers.
  14. Collate user feedback and work on resolving issues to enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate degree from a recognized university or board.
  2. A minimum of 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in training management or a related field.
  3. Experience in understanding roles, categories, and qualifications of pilots within AIMS.
  4. Prior experience as a People manager (5 years) is required.
  5. Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  6. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,500,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
