As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales and marketing efforts for our dealer network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with dealers to achieve daily sales targets by cascading monthly volumes into manageable goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance, including plant visits, meetings with bank representatives, training sessions, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor working capital fund rotation per dealer through the Advance Delivery (ADS) tracking tool and influence crediting banks for faster fund rotation.
  • Ensure timely completion of required documentation to minimize financial issues and maximize sales potential.

Required skills and qualifications:

At least 6-7 years of experience in a similar function within a reputable tractor company.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Agricultural Engineering.
