Project Manager – Healthcare Partnerships (Field)

Bhopal (Work from Home + Field Visits)

About the Role

We are seeking a
Project Manager
to lead our healthcare partnership initiatives in
Bhopal
. The role involves managing a team of Sales Executives and ensuring successful tie-ups with hospitals, diagnostic centers, medical stores, labs, and blood banks. The Project Manager will work independently from home and conduct field visits for meetings. He/she will report directly to senior management and will not be required to visit the Raipur office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, guide, and monitor a team of 2 Sales Executives in Bhopal.
  • Identify and develop partnerships with:
  • Hospitals & clinics
  • Diagnostic centers & labs
  • Pharmacies/medical stores
  • Blood banks
  • Step in to
    personally handle and close high-level partnership meetings
    when Sales Executives are unable to do so.
  • Ensure timely reporting of activities, progress, and targets to the senior manager.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
  • Achieve partnership and sales targets within defined timelines.
  • Provide market insights and suggest strategies to expand presence in Bhopal and nearby regions.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience
    in sales, business development, or partnerships (healthcare/pharma/diagnostics preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently without a local office setup.
  • Must have own
    two-wheeler and valid driving license
    (for field visits).
  • Laptop and basic technical proficiency required (for reporting and coordination).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and reliable.
