Senior Data Quality Engineer

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Quality Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and harmonizing key business data elements, standards, and quality rules with stakeholders. You will support onboarding projects, validate data, and manage change requests. Additionally, you will ensure business users understand data impacts and best practices.

Data Operations & Quality:

As a Senior Data Quality Engineer, you will optimize internal and external data flows to ensure accurate, complete master and transactional data. You will collaborate with ETL teams to resolve data quality issues and analyze root causes.

Automated Processes & Monitoring:

Key responsibilities include enabling accurate, automated order processing (EDI/API) and shipment planning. You will also ensure correct master/transactional data for event tracking, milestone management, and operational KPIs.

Customer Service & Continuous Improvement:

You will support non-conformity resolution and corrective actions. Furthermore, you will drive performance improvement through reliable data for KPIs, freight settlement, and digital product outputs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience. A proven background in data quality management and data stewardship is essential. Professional-level Excel skills, advanced level in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and good SQL skills are required.
