Job Title: Senior Data Steward

Genpact is seeking an experienced Senior Data Steward to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality data across our systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in master data management, with experience in process automation and data analysis. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data quality initiatives
  • Analyze and resolve data discrepancies and errors
  • Design and develop reports to track data quality metrics
  • Provide training and support to end-users on data management best practices

Requirements:

  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
