Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Steward Delegate to join our team. As a key member of the data governance team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day compliance with the Enterprise Data Management Operating Policy within your domains/business units.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Data Steward in identifying data incidents, performing root-cause-analysis and driving remediation.
  • Develop advanced knowledge on the Enterprise Data Management Operating Policy to support the Data Steward in their role.
  • Responsible for holistic platform data quality monitoring, including key reports.
  • Assist in the identification of data risk, working with upstream data providers, downstream business partners, and technology teams.
  • Support the Data Steward in establishing, maintaining, and testing controls to manage data risk within their business unit.
  • Coordinate with Business Units and other Business Unit Data Offices to ensure System level Lineage is documented completely and accurately.
  • Build advanced platform expertise to influence the identification of critical data elements and contribute to the roadmap to govern data elements.
  • Partner with the Data Steward in developing and managing the data management roadmap.

Experience in data architecture and strategy for Master Data Management (MDM)/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform is required. Strong communication skills and ability to influence and engage at multiple levels are essential.

As a Data Governance Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain policies and procedures that promote effective data management across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. A strong understanding of data management concepts and principles is essential, as well as experience with data architecture and strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data governance, data architecture, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of data management concepts and principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
