Job Title: Executive in Charge of Guest Room Maintenance

The role of this position is to oversee and manage the daily operations in Housekeeping, Recreation, Health Club, and Laundry. This includes working closely with employees to ensure guest rooms and public spaces are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of Housekeeping Operations
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and loss prevention policies
  • Oversee lost and found procedures and maintain inventory of stock
  • Communicate room status to the Front Desk efficiently
  • Work with Engineering department on guest room maintenance needs
  • Supervise inspections of guestrooms and public spaces
  • Manage linen inventory and assist in ordering supplies
  • Assume responsibility for Housekeeping areas in Director's absence
  • Observe employee service behaviors and provide continuous feedback
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year experience in housekeeping or related field, or two-year degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
