Securities Operations Representative

Wells Fargo is seeking a skilled professional to support a variety of operational tasks for simple or routine securities. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying ways to improve the overall process, performing routine duties such as processing, reconciling transactions, and researching inquiries. You will also receive direction from a supervisor and escalate issues to more experienced roles. Additionally, you will review less complex documents, collaborate with peers and colleagues to resolve issues, and interact with internal customers. This role requires a basic understanding of securities markets and accounting knowledge. The ideal candidate will have 6+ months of security operations experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support operational tasks for simple or routine securities
- Identify ways to improve the overall process
- Perform routine duties such as processing, reconciling transactions, and researching inquiries
- Review less complex documents
- Collaborate with peers and colleagues to resolve issues
- Interact with internal customers
Requirements:
- 6+ months of security operations experience or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of securities markets
- Accounting knowledge
Work Environment:
