We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Securities Operations Representative to join our team at Wells Fargo Bank. As a key member of our Capital Markets Operations team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of operational tasks for complex securities, providing ideas for improving or implementing processes, and collaborating with peers and colleagues to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and reconcile transactions, and perform research to resolve inquiries
- Provide training and work direction to less experienced staff
- Address compliance and corporate governance issues for the department
- Lead or participate in projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal customers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 4+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- BCOM/BBM/MCOM/MBA with 4+ years of experience in Capital markets
- Flexible to work in Night Shift (5.30 PM IST to 2.30 AM IST)
- Location: Bangalore
